Roger Krulak
Founder
With over 25 years in the construction
industry, Roger has extensive
experience on both the construction
and development sides of real estate.
In 2008, Roger spearheaded the first
R&D project for modular construction
which led to the founding of FSM and
the creation of the tallest volumetric
modular building in the world.
He is the recipient of the Popular
Mechanics Breakthrough Award 2014
for his work on the creation of a highrise modular process.

Jeremy Linzee
Chief Design Officer
Mr. Linzee comes to FSM with over 18 years experience as an architect in New York. He previously served as Director of Design at bld architecture where he lead the firm’s design efforts. Mr. Linzee has held positions at Diller Scofidio + Renfro and Kohn Pedersen Fox. Jeremy is a graduate of Harvard and Princeton Schools of Architecture

Boris Fridkin
Controller
Former Sr. Accounting Manager at First New York Partners, a subsidiary of Forest City Ratner Companies, where he played a key role in 404 compliance and implementing SAP and transition data from MRI. Boris oversaw and was responsible for all aspects of accounting and asset.
