The project will bring 4,200 new beds to the San Luis Obispo campus through a combination of new modular buildings and the renovation of existing residence halls, addressing the urgent need for affordable, modern student housing. Phased through 2030, the development will first serve second-year students and later expand to meet future enrollment growth.
